Why Does Kripalu Ji Maharaj Say Sankirtan is the Easiest Path in Kaliyug?
The Hindu philosophy states that Kaliyug is the era of distraction, confusion, material attachment, and spiritual weakness. During this period, individuals tend to be highly restless in the mind, burdensome emotionally and have little time to engage in serious spiritual activities like high intensity meditation or severe penance.
